Three Little Maids from School are we……..
I don’t know, they were just so cute and perky – and I thought of this little libretto ……….
I awoke this morning and tried to squeeze my eyes shut for a little while longer. I thought it was going to rain today and I didn’t want to face it. But, then I thought of my dough in the fridge and so I got up and shuffled down the stairs. I hauled out the bowl after one sip of coffee and went to work.
I rolled these out to about 9×12 and then coddled them into shape. They rose for another 2 hours.
ready for the egg wash and into the oven!

A fun project for yesterday’s dreary day. I think they brought the sun back! 🙂 Nothing left to do now but, um, eat!
